If your company has more than 50 employees, you are required to implement internal channels for reporting breaches to comply with the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive. It also just makes sense.

It is important to protect whistleblowers and companies. Promoting a speak-up culture and dealing with problems internally will substantially decrease costs of any reported breaches and reduce negative publicity.

When you sign up to Trusty, you will have your internal reporting channel set up in a matter of minutes – easier and faster than setting up an email account or telephone line.

Trusty is web-based and consists of the front-end and the case management tool. The front-end is intended for reporting persons and leads them through the simple reporting process. 

 
It also includes access to a reporting person’s individual inbox, which may be used for further secure communication between the company and the reporting person, if he or she would like to remain anonymous. The case management tool is intended for the persons who process the submitted reports. 
 
Trusty includes two user accounts, which allows to securely and properly manage your internal reporting channel with minimum effort. Functionalities like documenting, sorting, writing memos, attaching files, setting reminders, communicating with a reporting person are all included. It is intuitive and very simple to use.

Trusty is installed on the virtual server in Germany, in a high-security data centre, certified to the ISO 27001 standard and provided by Hetzner Online GmbH.

 
We use advanced encryption techniques, state of the art Firewall and submit the application to regular penetration tests for security risks.

The front-end webpages are available in Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish. You can change the language whenever you wish, with one click. The case management tool is available in English and German.

Your request will be swiftly reviewed as we seek to avoid fake or fictitious subscriptions. You will then receive an email with a web address of the application and login credentials for the initial user account. 

 
Should you not receive any email from us in your inbox, please check your spam folder, just in case. The web address will be unique for your company. For example, the web address for the Best Company Limited would be https://bestcompany.trusty.report. 
 
On the provided web address, you will find the front-end webpages. We suggest you publish a link to the address on your company’s home page or in any other way you seem fit. You can also log into the Case Management Tool at the same web address. For this you will need to enter the above-mentioned login credentials. On your first login, you will be required to change your password.

Yes. Your subscription to Trusty is free of any charges. There are no set-up fees, subscription fees, termination fees, small text hidden fees, nor any other fees.

Trusty is based on the state-of-the-art premium whistleblowing solution that we have been developing and improving for more than 6 years. In all this time, we have not had a single termination of subscription by our clients. In fact, many of them referred us to other organizations.
