FAQ for users of the legacy plans

In May 2024 we introduced the new Trusty account plans in response to the feedbacks and requests from our users:

  • Trusty Free: designed to support small businesses with up to 10 employees with basic whistleblowing features at no cost.
  • Trusty Business: tailored for organisations of any size, offering advanced features to streamline whistleblowing processes and improve compliance management.
  • Trusty Enterprise: best choice for multinational companies requiring an individual deployment of the whistleblowing solution supporting nested accounts for individual companies in their group.

The new Trusty is introducing a range of enhanced tools and new features to simplify your compliance efforts:

• Enhanced whistleblower reporting web-sites to provide you with additional information and context on reported breaches.
• Updated guides, documents and whistleblowing policies to provide valuable insights and compliance.
• Enhanced customisation options to allow you to personalise the look and feel of your whistleblowing channel.
• Introduction of new user roles and permissions for more control over content access, better collaboration and communication.
• Enhanced case management capabilities to optimize workflow processes.
• Improved report editing capabilities for greater accuracy and clarity.

Yes. The new version is available in three different plans. While for Trusty Business and Trusty Enterprise plans we charge subscription fees, the Trusty Free plan remains free of charge. You can view the updated pricing and subscription plans here: https://trusty.report/pricing/.


The price adjustment is due to significant enhancements in our whistleblowing software. Our recent investment in research and development has led to innovative features such as advanced reporting tools, enhanced data security, and optimized case management. These improvements enhance efficiency, insight, and control over compliance processes, ensuring a comprehensive solution. The new pricing reflects our commitment to delivering superior value and supporting your compliance goals with the latest technology and support.

Trusty Free subscriptions will not be affected.

 

The current Trusty+ subscribers will not be affected for the remainder of your respective current subscription periods. During this period, you will have access to the Trusty Business at zero additional cost. The new Trusty Business plan will be charged only at the renewal of your subscription.

No, this is not possible. The legacy plan is not supported any more. We have upgraded all Trusty+ plans to the new Trusty Business plan, which offers enhanced features and functionalities. This transition ensures that you have access to the latest tools and features to support your compliance requirements. If you have any concerns or questions about this transition, please feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

No, this is no longer possible as it has been replaced with the new version.

Yes, all your existing data and information have been retained during the transition to the new version. Our team has ensured a seamless migration process to maintain your data integrity and continuity.

Simply go to your Trusty account, where you already have access to the new functions and features (limited for Trusty Free clients). The link to your Trusty account as well as your credentials to access the case management have not changed.

Yes, you will find the guides and other documentation on the home page of the case management.
However, we are also happy to personally walk you through your new Trusty Business plan. Just send us a request to support@trusty.report and we will set up a web-call.

Switching to the new plan has no effect on your existing data and account settings. All your data remains intact and unchanged, and you can continue to access it as usual. However, it is important to note that with the upgrade we have assigned the role of Superuser to all the registered users in the system. If you wish to change that and assign different roles to individual users, please access your case management and make these changes under the Settings.
