In our TERMS OF SERVICE (EN / DE) you will find that:
we may change them from time to time, but you will always have access to their current version,
you can unsubscribe and thereby terminate the Terms at any time; thereupon, we will permanently delete your Account from the server,
the App is hosted on the virtual server in Germany, in a high-security data centre, certified to the ISO 27001 standard and provided by Hetzner Online GmbH Gunzenhausen,
we process the data in the App for you and exclusively for operation and maintenance of the App, its webpages and database,
we’ll disclose your data only when compelled by law to do so; in that case we’ll try to reach you and give you a prior notice,
from time to time we may make additional Features available through the Application, but you stand in no obligation to accept the Additional Terms and use them,
you really shouldn’t abuse the App, infringe our intellectual property rights or compromise the App; the App is intended to be used as an internal reporting channel tool, so let’s keep it that way,
we’re committed to keeping the App safe, secure and reliable to use; while we need to limit our liability as any other provider, we’re fully aware that these limitations will not help the App to succeed without your satisfaction and, hopefully, referrals,
we may list your organization name as a reference and we may also kindly ask you for your review of the App.
